In this keynote he shares his experiences of putting theory into practice. Neil Munro, HBOS and Brian Hanly from Exoftware are co-presenting "Inflight Agile Enablement in HBOS Retail IT". This is a "warts and all" case study based on a current Agile Enablement project in HBOS Plc utilising Exoftware's framework of Agile training and mentoring.
