These awards recognize the fastest growing technology companies in Ireland , both north and south, and are based on revenue growth over the period 2004 to 2005. The Technology Fast 50 Programme seeks out those companies that have shown impressive growth rates in the telecommunications, hardware, software and biotechnology markets over the last three financial years. All companies considered for the award must be technology-intensive or use unique technology in problem solving or must devote a high percentage of effort to research and development.
“Performance indicators from this year’s Fast 50 companies list are very positive, with average turnover growth of around 522.5pc over a five-year period, representing an impressive average increase of 189.5pc on last year”, states David O’Flanagan.
“By focusing on rapid release and an iterative development process, Exoftware can significantly reduce software development risk, improve the ability to respond to changing business needs, and perhaps most importantly, deliver business value,” states Hanly.
This shows that Exoftware has upped their productivity in comparison to previous winners last year.
