Chief Operating Offices

We are currently recruiting for a COO with a background in delivery management and account management.  The successful individual will own the P&L and lead the strategic commercial development of a multi site business, with a focus on meeting sales and profit targets whilst creating differentiation through the delivery of exceptional service and customer experience.

You will have a track record of leading a change agenda, developing and driving enhancements and new service offerings whilst ensuring that the right culture, people and other key resources are in place.

Your style will include energy, passion and influencing skills to succeed with and through others, and the determination to set the pace in informal, innovative and highly professional environments. Articulate and engaging, you will confidently develop relationships easily both internally and externally with partners and suppliers.

We seek to talk to proven commercial executives with financial acumen, and a background in blue chip businesses. An excellent understanding of working in an Agile environment is essential.
